Business conditions

For non group/singlebookings in the Igloovillage

1.      Arrangement refusal by customer

Until 21 days before your journey the cancellation fee is € 30,- for the booking. With cancellation between 20-5 days before journey date cancellation costs are at an amount of 50% of the entire arrangement price. With cancellation starting from 4 days before journey date cancellation costs are at an amount of 100% of the entire arrangement price.

2.      Arrangement refusal by operator

The operator reserves itself the right to call the arrangement off. Reasons for such a refusal can be unfavorable or bad weather conditions (= higher force) or also lack of snow. With short term refusals the guests are informed by telephone. We ask you to leave your mobile telephone number with delivery of the reservation. If the organizer can offer an equivalent alternative to the customer, and the customer accepts this, the requirement on reduction or payback of the arrangement price is not guilty.

3.       Experience programs

The offered experience programs can be accomplished partially only with the reaching of certain minimum numbers of participants. The organizer reserves himself the right to call experience programs off due to a falling below of these minimum numbers of participants with payback of the reservation price. Other reservations of the customer with the organizer remain of it unaffected.

4.      Late journey

If the customer is not able to arrive in time or cannot fulfill the arrangement as agreed with the operator, no requirement on paybacks guilty. The organizer is however always endeavored to find special solutions.

5.      Terms of payment

The obligatory reservation is only converted after receipt of payment into a definite reservation. If no receipt of payment should have to be registered within 7 days after reservation entrance with the organizer, the reservation is again released. The customer has thus no more requirement on achievement fulfilment. After complete receipt of payment with the organizer a reservation confirmation will be sent to the customer.

6.      Position

The ALPENIGLU village is constantly in preparation and in a constant building process.

7.      Area of jurisdiction

Area of jurisdiction of the ALPENIGLU Village is the seat of the organizer.

8.      Salvatori clause

Should be individual regulations of these general trading conditions become ineffectively or impracticable or after contract conclusion ineffective or impracticable then thereby the effectiveness of the general trading conditions is in all other respects not affected. The managing regulations apply according to if the general trading conditions as incomplete prove § 139 BGB are considered as impossible

9.      Rebooking fee

For changing the date of a booking until 4 days before arrival the operator will charge the customer a rebooking fee of € 30,- per operation.

10.    Declaration of consent

The customer explains itself by achievement of his signature on the reservation inquiry and/or  by   payment of the arrangement price taken place in agreement with the general trading conditions specified here.
